In-Plant (Hole in the wall)

Using our considerable experience of in-plant in the Dairy industry, Nampak are able to offer a complete turn-key service for the design, implementation, start up and operation of "hole through the wall" production at customers' filling sites where product volumes justify it.

In the high volume, immediate use environment of an in-plant consistent high product quality is maintained by the use of sophisticated optical scanning equipment and leak detection backed up by SQC software.

Nampak are able to complete the "total package" service by supporting the high volume, flexible production of the in-plant operation with satellite sites which provide back up security of supply, produce lower volume product requirements and provide new product development and R&D facilities.
